Doesn't it creates problem using flash while street photography , cause usually they gets alarmed when they comes to know that someone is clicking them on streets?

I was in my car and had stopped to look at the swan carving that was poking up above the wall and thought it was unusual. Purely by chance the runner came along, so I waited and clicked. Check out Bruce Gilden and Martin Parr. These Magnum photographers both famously use flash up close in public for their street photography.
