Worshipping of Goddess Durga is one of the largest celebration held for 4 days each year in different urban and rural areas of West Bengal in India .. This is a typical mother of all celebrations for Bengalis through out the world ..

These guys may be full time farmers. However during celebration days they all come from their respective villages with their drums to play in traditional ways which remain an integral part of such worships …

One finds these people playing drums at each of the worship pandals and also in those typical traditional households celebrating Durga puja celebrations with full glory …

These people are called “Dhakis” and the drums you see are called “Dhaks” ..
