Taken on a rare sunny day here in the UK, i was drawn to the shadows cast on the floor along with the bold yellow line within. Against the clock i needed something else and after several attempts i got what i considered to work with the elements i had already, creating an image with lines, curves, bold colours and textures complimenting each other within the frame.

Street photographs are mirror images of society, displaying "unmanipulated" scenes, with usually unaware subjects.

The position of the leg completes the other lines, and the lines of the dress is complementing with the other textures. Very nice.

It is a very inspiring shot Matt. Being a Monochromatic guy i am starting to feel divided by these kind of shots. Very good.

Nice shot! The nice shapes and textures are emphasized by the great light ! like how many of the elements, like the two arcs of the curbs and the bold yellow line lead to what is an uneventful culmination of the yellow dot. I also love the ambiguity of the leg, which is "stepping away" from the dot, and the scene, is competing for our aatnetion with the bold yellow.
