The Competition

This is a street photography competition promoted by the Urban Picnic Photography Gallery. We are looking for submissions that fall into the style of ‘street photography’.

 

What Is The Prize?

The winner of the competition will win a staggering £1,000, one of the biggest prizes in street photography today! Top 30 finalists exhibited at Urban Picnic Gallery.

 

Who Can Enter?

Anyone over the age of 16 can enter, amateur or professional, from any country.

 

What Are The Rules?

There is a comprehensive list of the rules here but we are looking for entries that fall into the ‘street’ genre. They must have been taken within the last 2 years and must be your own work. Basic post production is allowed but heavily processed images will be discounted.

 

Street Photography Network v Competition

You may upload any number of images to the online gallery for free. Only three images however may be entered for the 2013 competition.

 

 


 

Street photographs are mirror images of society, displaying "unmanipulated" scenes, with usually unaware subjects.
